HOW TO USE:
At home, we prepare sprouts in the following way: We take a flat plate, cover it with gauze or other material that absorbs water. We pour a single layer of seeds onto the gauze and water it with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. The water should be topped up so that the gauze is wet all the time. We place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the type of plant being sprouted, the sprouts appear after 2-4 days. In the case of large seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc. or seeds with a shell, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, we cut the sprouts before eating, and small seeds are used whole.
