See the high-class matcha tea. Ceremonial matcha is pressed only from the youngest tea leaves picked in spring, which is reflected in its chlorophyll content and bright green color. It has a complex corn profile with subtle herbal grass notes, slightly sweet corn and a rich, savory umami flavor. After steeping, the green tea powder is whisked into hot water to create a frothy drink.
Warning: Contains caffeine – not suitable for caffeine-addicted people, children and adolescents. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
Usage: Matcha tea powder is used to make a drink. Mix 1.5–2 g of matcha powder with 200 ml of water (maximum temperature 70 °C) and mix thoroughly. Use a whisk or a hand-held milk frother to mix. Can be consumed up to 2 times a day.
