It should also be avoided by people suffering from anaemia or bleeding disorders, as it makes iron absorption difficult.
Start taking hemp tea gradually, in smaller doses that can be gradually increased.
How to dose Lady’s Secret
The recommended dosage of the hemp tea Lady’s Secret is 2 cups of tea, approximately 600 ml per day. For best effect, drink 1-2 hours before bedtime. The mixture is prepared as an infusion – i.e. 1 tablespoon of the mixture pour 3 dl of boiling drinking water and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Then strain and consume. For maximum effectiveness, add a knob of butter or coconut oil to the mixture.
