Sprouts are the most life-giving food in the world because they are eaten when the plant is as vital as ever. By consuming them regularly, we can experience this vitality and energy flow. They have been part of a healthy diet for thousands of years. Sprouts contain concentrated amounts of vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes and many other valuable substances. All ingredients are easily absorbed by the body. Undoubtedly, sprouts are an excellent element of a healthy diet.

How to use: At home, prepare sprouts as follows: Take a flat plate and cover it with gauze or other water-absorbing material. Sprinkle a single layer of seeds on the gauze and water with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. Water should be added so that the gauze remains wet all the time. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the plant species, sprouts appear after 2-4 days. In the case of coarse seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc. or seeds with shells, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, we cut the sprouts before consumption, and use the whole seeds for small seeds.
