Võrsed on väga varases kasvufaasis taimed. Need on madala kalorsusega ja väärtuslikud. Neid regulaarselt tarbides saame kogeda seda elujõudu ja energiavoogu.
Kasutamine:
Kõige populaarsem viis idandite serveerimiseks on võileivad ja salatid. Vürtsikad redise võrsed sobivad hästi tomati ja kurgiga. Samuti võivad need olla suurepäraseks lisandiks kodujuustu ja -pastadele.
Kodus valmistame idud järgmiselt:
Loputage seemned ja seejärel leotage neid leiges keedetud vees. Väiksemate seemnete leotusaeg on 4-6 tundi, suuremate seemnete puhul 10-12 tundi. Loputa uuesti, pane lamedasse anumasse, mis on vooderdatud nt. marli ja jätke see neli kuni kuus päeva soojas pimedas kohas. Kastke kaks korda päevas vähese veega, kurnake liigne vesi anumast välja.

Idude kasvatamiseks sobib iga valgusküllane soe koht, näiteks ida- või lõunapoolne aknalaud.
NB! Rediseseemned vajavad kasvamiseks suures koguses vett ja head tuulutamist ja loputamist, et vältida mädanemist.

Radish – Organic seeds for sprouts (30 g)
Sprouts are plants in a very early growth stage. They are low in calories and valuable. By consuming them regularly, we can experience this vitality and energy flow.
Radish sprouts are rich in vitamins A, vitamins B and phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron and sulfur. Consuming these sprouts increases the body’s immunity, improves the body’s immunity, the condition of the skin, nails and hair, and has anti-cancer properties.
Valuable ingredients contained in radish sprouts:
vitamin C – has a great impact on the condition of the skin (thanks to it the skin is elastic and smooth), supports slimming, protects against colds, increases the body’s resistance;

Application:
The most popular way to serve sprouts are sandwiches and salads. Spicy radish sprouts go well with tomatoes and cucumbers. They can also be a great addition to cottage cheese and pastes.
At home, we prepare sprouts as follows:
Rinse the seeds and then soak them in lukewarm, boiled water. The soaking time for smaller seeds is 4-6 hours, for larger seeds 10-12 hours. Rinse again, put it in a flat container lined with e.g. gauze and leave it for four to six days in a warm, dark place. We water a little water twice a day, draining the excess water in a container.
Position:
Any bright, warm place, such as an eastern or southern window sill, is suitable for growing sprouts. Radish seeds require large amounts of water to grow and good airing to prevent rotting.
